Rose Morning Summer Sale Return and Exchange Policy

 

  1. Refunds Before Receiving the Order
  • Customers can apply for a 100% refund of the total order amount within 7 days after placing the order.
  • From 7 to 30 days after placing the order, customers can apply for a refund of 80% of the order amount, but a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Refund requests cannot be made more than 30 days after the order is placed.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges After Receiving the Order
  • Rose Morning Inc. is fully responsible for any quality issues, missing products, or packages lost during shipment. Customers may request a full refund, partial refund, or product exchange after receiving the order.
  1. Changing Shipping Address
  • Customers may request to change the shipping address within 30 days of placing the order.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after 30 days of placing the order.
  1. Product Exchanges
  • Rose Morning Inc. will not accept product exchanges for orders placed during the Black Friday sale period.
