Rose Morning Reporting — Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Rose Morning Reporting, the company's private Google Ads reporting tool. It describes this tool rather than purchases on the Rose Morning store.

Information accessed

After an authorized user connects a Google account, the tool receives OAuth credentials and can access the Google Ads accounts available to that user. Account verification uses the customer ID, account name, currency and time zone. Authorized reporting may also use advertising campaign identifiers, dates and performance measurements, including advertising spend, impressions and clicks.

Purpose and access

Google Ads data is used for company account verification, internal reporting and reconciliation. It is available only to authorized personnel and the service providers needed to operate and support the tool. Data is not sold, made publicly available, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. This tool does not provide data to advertising brokers or use it to target individuals.

Storage and service providers

OAuth credentials are stored in the company's Bitwarden vault. Reports and account metadata are stored in the company's controlled work environment. Google API services, credential storage and the company's computing services process information as needed to operate the connection and reporting workflow. Access should be limited to personnel who need it for these purposes.

Credentials must not be placed in public pages, reports or source code. Google Ads data is retained only as needed for the stated internal purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Credentials that are no longer needed should be removed from the connection's secure storage.

Revocation and deletion

You can revoke access through Google account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized retrieval but does not automatically delete previously stored reports. Authorized users can request disconnection or deletion of stored tool data by contacting andreasfloyd1996@gmail.com. Requests are subject to verification of the requester's authority and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Google API data

Rose Morning Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
