  3. C: HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO MAINTAIN YOUR FLOWER WALLS?

    S: Hello dear, the walls do not need constant care. After each use, simply ensure the walls are neatly folded in put back in the box. Ensure it is stored in a cool dry place. Avoid humid conditions and your walls will last really long.

  4. C: HOW LONG DOES YOUR PRODUCT LAST? 

    S: Our product has a very long lifespan. Once you ensure they’re handled well and stored properly, you can use it for years without needing any constant maintenance.

  5. C: WHERE ARE YOUR WALLS MADE?

    S: We have several factories in China where production is done and shipped to our warehouses in the USA and UK for final delivery.

  6. C: CAN I VISIT YOUR WAREHOUSE TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

    S: Hello dear, we offer custom services. Please provide us with more details on how you would like your product to look like for further assistance. If possible, please provide us with sample pictures.

    S: We accept customization of sizes larger than our standard 8ft X 8ft. We do not accept sizes smaller than 8ft X 8ft Confirm from the production team if the size the customer requires can be done or not.

  9. C:  WHICH AREAS CAN YOU SHIP TO?

    S: We provide shipping to most countries except remote areas and War-torn country. Ask for customer’s delivery address to confirm if it is possible to deliver or not.

    S: Before upgradeFor our standard 8ft X 8ft wall, it comes in 2 pieces while the 8ft X 10ft comes in 3 pieces.

    After upgradeFor our standard 8ft X 8ft wall, it comes in 4 pieces while the 8ft X 10ft comes in 5 pieces.

  11. C: HOW MANY BOXES DOES A FLOWER WALL COME IN?

    S: Before upgrade: Most of our flower walls are put in two boxes. Each box measures 58cm X 58cm X 58cm and weighs approximately 15kg per box.

    After upgradeMost of our flower walls are put in four boxes. Each box measures 30cm X 25cm X 58cm and weighs approximately 7.5kg per box.

  12. C: DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

    S: At the moment, all our products are sold as single units and there are no wholesale prices. However, we can offer you a discount based on the number of flower walls you intend to buy.

  13. C: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

    S: Unfortunately, we do not do that. The entire payment needs to be completed before your order can be successful.

  14. C: HOW MUCH IS THE PRICE?
