    Wall not received:

    • Once we receive an order for 100% handcrafted, we will have the walls ready.
    • Within 72 hours after placing the order, you can apply for free cancellation or change of style.
    • If cancelled after 72 hours, 80% of the order amount will be refunded, and 20% of the material compensation fee will be deducted.
    • If you want to change the style after 72 hours, you need to pay another 10% material compensation fee.
    Wall received:
    • If the wall design is wrong or damaged, 100% of the order amount will be refunded within 30 days, and rosemornig will bear the shipping cost.
    • If there is no quality problem, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
    custom made:
    • The above return policy does not apply to all custom flower walls or flower walls modified from standard styles.
    • Custom or modified flower walls cannot be returned.
