This guide covers fabric flower walls installed on a two-post backdrop stand. Stand styles and included hardware vary by order, so check your packing list and product manual before you begin. Keep this guide open on your phone while you work through the setup shown in the video.

Chapter 01

Before you begin

If your order includes the two-post stand shown in the video, clear a space about ten feet wide and lay out the wall panels, base plates, poles, crossbar sections, and any fasteners listed on your packing list. Check each part against the product manual before you begin.

Give the panels a few minutes to relax after unpacking. Gently open any pressed petals before hanging the wall.

Chapter 02

Build the stand

Set the base plates

Place both base plates on level ground, roughly the width of your wall apart. The flat side sits down; the socket faces up.

Raise the poles

Slot a pole into each base and tighten the mid-section knob until it holds firm. Extend both poles to the same height before moving on.

Connect the crossbar

Join the crossbar sections and rest the bar in the top connectors. Give the frame a gentle shake — it should feel steady, not springy. If it wobbles, go back and re-tighten the knobs.

Chapter 03

Hang the wall

Tie on the panels

Starting from a top corner, secure each fabric panel with the fasteners supplied with your order or recommended in the product manual. Work across the top first, then down the sides so the wall hangs evenly.

Fluff, then step back

Open any pressed petals with your fingers, working from the centre outwards. Then step back three metres and look for gaps or flat spots — small adjustments read clearly from a distance, not up close.

Chapter 04

Take-down, care and storage

For take-down, remove the fasteners carefully, lift the panels off, and disassemble the stand according to its manual. Between events, dust the flowers with a soft brush or cool air on a low setting — never soak the panels.

For storage, roll each panel loosely with the flowers facing out, and keep everything flat, dry, and away from direct sun. Before the next event, inspect the wall and gently reshape any pressed petals.

Questions, answered

Can one person set it up?

Yes, with patience — but a second pair of hands makes the crossbar and the top row of ties much easier. We recommend two people.

Will it hold up outdoors?

Outdoor conditions require extra care. Follow the stand manufacturer's guidance, confirm anchoring requirements with your venue, and do not use the wall in windy conditions.

A part is missing — what now?

Send us a photo of what arrived together with your order number. Our team will help identify the next step and confirm the replacement options available for your order.

Can I hang it on my own backdrop or frame?

Some panels can be attached to compatible backdrop structures. Check the structure's weight rating and attachment points, then follow the fastener guidance in your product manual or ask our team before installation.
