1. Please open the boxes and check if everything is fine with the product in time when you receive.
2.It is normal if only several flowers falling off, but if there are many flowers falling off or some parts are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with the photos or video of the problem in 7 days, we will solve the problem for you immediately!
