  1. Refund - After Ordering, Before Receiving:

    1. A 100% refund of the total order amount can be applied within 72 hours after placing the order.
    2. For orders placed between 4 and 30 days, a refund of 80% of the order amount can be applied, as a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
    3. Refund requests cannot be made more than 30 days after placing the order.
    4. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
  2. After Receiving:

    1. Rose Morning Inc. takes full responsibility for any quality problems, missing products, or package loss during shipment within 7 days of receiving the products. Customers can request a full refund, partial refund, or product exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
    2. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
  3. Change of Shipping Address:

    1. Customers can request to change the shipping address within 30 days of placing the order.
    2. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after 30 days of placing the order.
  4. Product Exchange:

    1. Free change of the products in the order within 3 days after the order, if there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference;
    2. If more than 3 days after the order is placed, a change fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged. If there is a difference, the customer needs to make up the difference.
    3. Custom products do not accept any return or exchange.
