Shipping policy
Every flower wall is made to order, so your total wait is production time plus shipping time. The three shipping methods below have very different timelines and costs — please choose based on your event date.
Delivery methods
These times are in addition to production time, and are counted from dispatch.
Ordinary express (sea transportation)
45–60 days
Free shipping by sea, except remote areas.
Expedited express (air delivery)
15 days
Air Pie: $400 per flower wall.
Fast shipping (International Express)
7–10 days
$800 per flower wall.
Order production
Production: materials will be purchased and crafted after the order is placed.
Time: 15–18 days (except holidays).
Delivery time: shipped within 5 days after production is completed (except holidays).

Areas we cannot ship to
United States
Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK) and the Virgin Islands (VI) are not included in our shipping areas.
United Kingdom
Postcodes starting with BT are not included in our postage areas.
